New York, NY- The Mortgage Industry Advisory Corporation (“MIAC”), a leading provider of capital market advisory services and software tools for financial institutions, announced today that industry veteran Mike Bugbee has joined their team as Senior Vice President, Client Solutions Group.
Mike brings a breadth of skills to the role, as he comes to MIAC with 20 years of correspondent lending experience and 6 years in capital markets. During this tenure, his sales efforts were focused on whole loans, structured transactions, servicing transactions/hedging and valuation, MBS sales, mortgage technology, mortgage process and various areas of risk management.

Its cutting edge pricing tools, broad range of advisory/transaction services and broker/dealer capabilities will provide significant value to financial institutions in the West US market,” Mr. Bugbee said.
Mr Bugbees’ prior experience includes Managing Director/West US Sales Manager for GMAC-RFC, Fixed income sales for Paine Webber Real Estate Securities, Security Pacific Merchant Bank, Sierra Pacific Mortgage, and most recently, West US Business Development for ZAIS Funding.
Mike has won multiple sales and leadership awards throughout his career. He is very active in his local community, and is on the board of two non-profits that serve those less fortunate.
