VP of Due Diligence Operations will be responsible for all day to day operations related to the Due Diligence Group at MIAC. This will include management of staff, deal setup and monitoring, management of Due Diligence Platform and other duties as assigned. The position will report to the Managing Director of Due Diligence.

Position Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining a base of Underwriting and Quality Control Staff
  • Tracking Deal Capacity and Project Status
  • Management of VeriFi™ Deal Templates and Reporting
  • Managing Project Leads
  • Interacting with Software Developers on VeriFi™ system Enhancements

Desired Qualifications

The candidate should have a working knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures including:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager or Client Services Manager at a Secondary Market Due Diligence Firm
  • Experience interacting with Senior Level Management at Investment Banks and Hedge Funds
  • Working knowledge of residential loan underwriting, due diligence on RMBS transactions, and FNMA LQI requirements
  • Ability to travel on short-term notice
  • Ability to clear Government Background Check
