Welcome to the first issue of MIAC’s new quarterly newsletter, MIAC Perspectives. We’ve taken our MIAC Monthly Mortgage Market Updates and added more content in an effort to give you the benefit of our analysis. Seeing the numbers is good, but knowing what we think they will mean to your business should be even more valuable. We hope you enjoy the new publication.
That’s not the only news around here, as you’ll see from the articles in this issue and the News Roundup. I guess you could say that we’re in motion. We’re completing our move to new offices at 80 Maiden Lane and we’ve launched a new Web Portal with an integrated, enterprise-wide Help Desk.
Why all of these changes? We are expanding our products and services to better meet the needs of our customers. Those of you who have been our friends and customers for the past 17 years may be surprised to learn that MIAC has moved well beyond the servicing side of the mortgage business. In fact, anywhere you find mortgages, you’ll find MIAC and the innovative software products we offer.
But we’re not just about products. Our advisory and brokerage services are doing better than ever. We hope this new publication serves as a window into our operation, allowing you go get more out of the investments you’ve made in our products and services. In our discussions with clients and prospects last year, doing more with less was a common theme. You can count on the MIAC team to support you in reaching that goal in 2007.
