201289 Offering Memorandum

Being Offered for Service Released sale is a Whole Loan Portfolio consisting of 455 First Lien, Residential Mortgages, with a GWAC of 7.33%. The performance of the loans range from NPL to current, the unique opportunity is the data available MIAC his as a near complete performance history of the 10 year life of these loans, as well as the larger cohort. The cash flow, cure rate and performance is unique to Puerto Rico Residential mortgages. Approximately half of the population is FHA with mortgage insurance in place.

Given the unique nature of the Collateral, MIAC is able to provide advanced performance, price and historical data. Puerto Rico mortgages perform much differently than Mainland US loans will.
